Here we go again into another fine year of real estate---2010. The credit crisis has passed but the housing market continues to recover slowly. In-spite of all the bad press that has gone around the nation Denver has remained a leader in Real Estate nationwide. We led into the down turn and we are leading out of it. As of this writing we have moved over the foreclosure peak and are climbing our way back to a stable market. In the middle of this time The Keller Williams Executive Realty Offices in Highlands Ranch has continued to rank as an industries leader.
